Job Title: Area Technical Manager

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to develop within a growing company that operates nationally. 

Experience is more important than academic qualifications and a minimum of 5 years experience of selling into the construction industry is essential, together with a thorough knowledge of construction site practices and the specification process.

The Area Manager will develop the appropriate technical knowledge in order to problem solve and answer customer queries.

Job Purpose:

The Area Manager will be responsible for promoting the full range of atal waterproofing and ground gas protection systems and services. This will be achieved through providing construction solutions to specifiers and contractors.

Key result areas:

To meet financial targets set out in budgets.
To manage project database.
To increase both project numbers and values on database to ensure continuity of business.
To provide accurate reporting to meet company requirements.

Salary + Benefits: 

Basic Salary is dependant on experience.
