We're Hiring: Marketing & Digital Content Co-Ordinator

The Purpose of this existing role is to develop and execute the market strategy by capturing market insight and translating it into actionable programs which builds brand and systems awareness by developing and executing on market strategies. You will need to work in a cross functional capacity to develop and successfully execute strategic and tactical marketing plans.

You will cover a range of activities from web development, brand management, content creation and the development of physical marketing material. With the right skills and a keen attitude to learn, this environment can enable you to thrive as a marketing specialist in the British Construction Industry. The Role 

  • Manage all digital marketing channels (eg : website, blogs, emails and social media)to ensure brand consistency
  • Deliver high-growth digital marketing plans to build business opportunities.
  • Manage Social, PPC and SEO capabilities
  • Oversee implementation of tags and tracking with web analytics tools, Google Tag Manager and management of pixels
  • Manage CRM systems, email and marketing automation platforms
  • Managing the brand, PR, messaging and positioning
  • Manage the promotion of atal partnerships
  • Annual refresh of physical marketing material

Requirements

  • 2+ years within a Digital Marketing (or similar) position
  • Experience in marketing automation tools
  • Strong background and knowledge within PPC and SEO
  • Educated to degree level in marketing or within a creative field
  • Proven experience in delivering and implementing a marketing strategy
  • Proven track-record delivering results in marketing, digital marketing leadership experience essential
  • UK Driving License
  • Experience within the Adobe package

  • Identify which stage the project is at, as per enquiry, connect client to the relevant department

Website

  • Develop individual pages content
  • Develop new landing pages
  • Optimise content to boost rankings
  • On individual pages, add in Link Text/URL/SEO Description/Handle
  • Add regular news articles

Google Ads

  • Establish Google Ads
  • Track Analytics
  • Adapt strategy as per results
  • Increasingly specify the ads

Google Search Console

  • Track performance of web pages (total clicks/total impressions/average CTR/average position)
  • Utilising data, develop low performing pages

Brand Management

  • Establish brand guidelines
  • Updated branding
  • Ensure branding coherent
  • Ensure atal documentation is in line with branding
  • Create branding touch points. (Pens, tshirt, hats, mugs, calendars, documentation)
  • Track Brand Progress
  • Stock Check of branded items, bring in more

Content

  • Visit sites and gather content

  • Create How to visual guides for Groundworkers

Email Campaigns

  • Content strategy for email campaigns
  • Different content for different lists (Architects, groundworkers, new customers, returning customers, midway through projects).
  • Advertise Social Channels

Case Studies

  • Utilise template to create case studies from archived projects
  • Gather content from site to utilise in Case Study
  • Feedback from Client
  • Develop on Website

Partners

  • Meet relevant employees from partners
  • Develop strategies for new products
