To create peace of mind with your structural waterproofing, Atal offers both material and design warranties.
Understand The Performance Grades Of Your Structure
Grade 1A
Some seepage and damp areas are tolerable where this does not interfere with the proposed use of the structure. Local drainage might be necessary to deal with seepage for lower grade car parks, loading bays or basic utility spaces.
Grade 1B
No seepage but damp areas from internal and external sources is acceptable, dependent on intended use. Local drainage might be necessary to deal with seepage for car parks, open air warehouses, logistic centres etc.
Grade 2
No water penetration is acceptable, but dampness from condensation is tolerable. Ventilation may be required for plant rooms, workshops, storage areas and lift pits to achieve a drier environment than Grade 1.
Grade 3
Residential and commercial areas, including offices and other habitable areas. No water penetration acceptable, ventilation, dehumidification or air conditioning necessary, appropriate to the intended use.
